Clevis Joint DIN 71752 with Folding Spring Bolt – Type CC1
The CC1 clevis joint is designed for secure, detachable connections in mechanical linkages, gas spring assemblies, actuators and industrial equipment. It combines a DIN 71752 clevis with a compatible folding spring bolt.
The bolt passes through the aligned holes of the clevis and the mating component and is secured by its integrated spring element. This allows the connection to be assembled and released without a separate cotter pin or retaining element.

The CC1 series is available in a range of thread sizes, clevis dimensions and bolt diameters, allowing the clevis joint to be matched to different mechanical connection requirements.
Standard DIN 71752 dimensions are listed together with selected non-standard variants. Products marked with an asterisk (*) fall outside the standard DIN 71752 dimensional range and are manufactured to order.

Materials and Available Versions
CC1 clevis joints are supplied in a standard steel version with a white zinc-plated finish, providing surface protection for typical mechanical and industrial applications.
Due to the construction of the folding spring bolt and its spring element, the complete CC1 assembly is not available as a fully stainless-steel version. Selected dimensional and thread configurations are available as non-standard variants manufactured to order, as indicated in the dimensional table.
