Folding Spring Bolt for DIN 71752 Clevis – Type CB1
CB1 is a folding spring bolt designed for secure and detachable connections with compatible clevises, including clevises manufactured to DIN 71752 dimensions. It provides a simple solution for applications where the connection needs to remain securely retained while still allowing convenient disassembly.
The integrated spring locking element keeps the bolt in position after assembly without requiring a separate retaining component. The CB1 range is available in several bolt diameters and length configurations, allowing the bolt to be matched to different clevis sizes and installation requirements.

The CB1 series includes several standard dimensional variants for use with compatible clevis connections.

Materials and Custom Options
CB1 folding spring bolts are manufactured from 11SMnPb30 steel for the bolt and CK67 spring steel for the locking element. The components are supplied with a white zinc-plated finish for corrosion protection.
Within the standard CB1 construction, the bolt diameter and length can be adapted to specific application requirements, while the geometry of the spring locking element remains unchanged. A custom locking element can also be developed where required, subject to the production of dedicated tooling. Regardless of dimensional customization, CB1 folding spring bolts are not available in a fully stainless-steel version.
