Clevis DIN 71752 – Type CV1
CV1 is a range of clevises DIN 71752 with female thread designed for detachable pivot connections in mechanical linkages, gas spring assemblies, actuators and other mechanical applications. The clevis is mounted through its internal thread, while the forked end connects to the mating component by means of a compatible pin or bolt.
The CV1 clevis range is available in multiple metric sizes, internal thread configurations and cross-hole diameters, allowing the connection to be matched to different installation requirements. The range includes standard DIN 71752 dimensions as well as selected non-standard dimensional variants. Depending on the variant, standard steel and stainless steel versions are available.
CV1 Clevis DIN 71752 – Dimensions and Variants
The CV1 series is available in a wide range of thread sizes, cross-hole diameters and overall dimensions, allowing the clevis to be matched to different mechanical connection requirements.
Standard DIN 71752 dimensions are listed together with selected non-standard variants. Products marked with an asterisk (*) fall outside the standard DIN 71752 dimensional range.

Materials and Available Versions
CV1 clevises are available in standard steel versions and can also be manufactured from stainless steel AISI 303, AISI 304 or AISI 316, depending on the application requirements.
Selected dimensions and thread configurations are available as non-standard variants, as indicated in the dimensional table.
