Clevis Joint DIN 71752 with Grooved Bolt and Retainer – Type CC2
CC2 clevis joints are supplied as complete assemblies, each consisting of a CV1 clevis to DIN 71752, a CB2 bolt with groove and a retaining element. In the standard configuration shown on this page, the bolt is secured with a CA2 retaining ring DIN 6799, creating a detachable pivot connection.
The CC2 range is available in multiple metric sizes, with different bolt diameters, clevis widths, internal thread sizes and overall dimensions.
CC2 Clevis Joint DIN 71752 – Dimensions and Variants
The CC2 range includes fourteen variants, from CC201 to CC217. The table below provides their dimensions and links to the corresponding technical drawings.
Bolt diameter, clevis width, internal thread size and overall dimensions vary depending on the selected CC2 variant.

Need a Different Retaining Element?
The standard CC2 configuration uses a CA2 retaining ring DIN 6799. For custom assemblies, alternative retaining solutions from our range, including CA1 retaining rings DIN 471 and CA3 SL-retainers, can also be considered. The bolt configuration is adapted where required to ensure compatibility with the selected retaining element.

Materials and Custom Options
The configuration shown on this page represents the standard CC2 version, manufactured from zinc-plated steel. The clevis and bolt are supplied with a white zinc finish, while the retaining element is supplied with a black zinc finish. For project-specific requirements, a complete stainless-steel CC2 assembly can also be manufactured to order, including the clevis, bolt and compatible retaining element.
Custom configurations can also be produced with different materials, surface finishes or selected dimensions. Please contact us with the required connection dimensions, preferred material, retaining method and quantity.
