Clevis Joint DIN 71752 with Bolt, Cotter Pin and Washer – Type CC3
CC3 clevis joints are supplied as complete assemblies consisting of a CV1 clevis to DIN 71752, a CB3 bolt with pin hole, a CA4 cotter pin DIN 94 and a CA5 flat washer DIN 125. The bolt passes through the aligned holes in the clevis and mating component and is secured with a washer and cotter pin, forming a detachable pivot connection for gas spring assemblies and other mechanical linkages.
The CC3 range is available in multiple metric sizes, with different bolt diameters, clevis widths, internal thread sizes and overall dimensions.
CC3 Clevis Joint DIN 71752 – Dimensions and Variants
The CC3 range includes fourteen variants, from CC301 to CC317. The table below provides their dimensions and links to the corresponding technical drawings.
Bolt diameter, clevis width, internal thread size and overall dimensions vary depending on the selected CC3 variant.

The CC3 assembly uses a CA4 cotter pin DIN 94 and a CA5 flat washer DIN 125. Both components are available in multiple standard sizes to match the corresponding connection dimensions.

Materials and Custom Options
The standard CC3 assembly shown on this page consists of a zinc-plated steel clevis, bolt, cotter pin and flat washer. For project-specific requirements, the complete CC3 assembly can also be manufactured in stainless steel.
Custom configurations can also be produced with different materials, surface finishes or selected dimensions. Please contact us with the required connection dimensions, preferred material and quantity.
